Volumic is very proud to be one of La Tribune's "NEXT 46" for 2019, the selection of the most innovative French companies and startups of the moment.
This selection was made as part of the "10,000 startups to change the world" competition, with over 600 participants in this 2019 edition.
In 4 years of innovation, we have become one of the key players in this technology on the desktop FDM 3D printer market. Our performance-based objective is to contribute to the emergence of a French industry of excellence in this 3D technology, and also to help our manufacturers make the strategic shift to Industry 4.0 in an increasingly competitive environment.
So when Volumic 3D innovates and pushes back the boundaries of 3D printing, it directly benefits the technology and the French economy.

To understand how the competition works :
After an exceptional launch at CES in Las Vegas (La Tribune December 21, 2018 and January 18, 2019), La Tribune completed its "Tour de France des startups" in search of the entrepreneurs inventing tomorrow's economy.
With stops in eight regional cities:
Marseille, Lyon, Strasbourg, Lille, Nantes, Paris, Bordeaux and Toulouse. In each regional ecosystem, a local jury, made up of partners from BNP Paribas, Business France, Enedis, Mazars and WeHealth by Servier, listened to around 20 pitches to award a regional winner in six main categories:
Environment & Energy, Industry 4.0, Deep Tech & Data (for innovation with high technological added value), Smart Tech (for innovations in use), Health and Start (dedicated to seed-stage nuggets less than a year old in all sectors). Finally, the 46 regional winners faced off in the final on March 11 at BNP Paribas' WAI (We Are Innovation) offices in Paris.
Many thanks to La Tribune, BNP Paribas and Mazars for encouraging us and rewarding us for this 2019 edition.
