FERMETURE DES ATELIERS VOLUMIC DU 24 DÉCEMBRE 2024 AU 1ER JANVIER 2025. DERNIÈRES EXPÉDITIONS LE 19 DÉCEMBRE

3DFAB EXPO in Bourges
21 April 2015

1st 3D event in the Centre region:
Volumic 3D will be a partner of the 1st event in the Centre region, linked to 3D printing - additive manufacturing: www.3dfabexpo.com. This event will take place from June 12 to 14, 2015 at the Palais d'Auron in Bourges. A whole series of objects printed on Volumic's Stream range will be presented at the show.

At the heart of the Bourges trade fair (50,000 visitors), the "3DFab Expo" will be a meeting place for creativity in new 3D technologies, and a place for open source meetings and exchanges.

The aim is to raise awareness of the challenges of this industrial revolution. Continuous animations (the 3D pen and "Arduino" workshops) will reinforce the attractiveness of the event. The 3D Fab Expo is perfectly in line with the process undertaken with the Bourges agglomeration community to create a Fab lab in Bourges very soon. This will be an opportunity to explain to visitors the ins and outs of such an approach. The exhibition also complements the general theme of the Bourges trade fair, "New York", the host city of the world's largest 3D printing trade fair. Conso-3d-services, organizer of this 1st edition, is keen to promote a local community of users of these new technologies. The exhibition is entirely free of charge.
