Delivery times are given as an indication and without guarantee. A delay does not authorize the purchaser to cancel the sale or to refuse the goods; it cannot either give right to withholding, penalty, compensation, indemnity. The goods travel at the risk of the customer, who is responsible for checking their good condition at the time of delivery. This control must relate in particular to the references, the quantities, the quality of the goods, as well as their conformity with the order.<\/p>\n

Any advance payments made will be retained by our company as compensation.
