#3471 Print head wear

The print head is a consumable subject to severe thermal and physical stresses, and this continuously during printing. These components, especially the nozzle and thermal barrier, can wear out very quickly, and this is perfectly normal.

You can follow these procedures for a “nozzle change” if necessary.

We recommend that you purchase a replacement head if you need to replace the one on the machine. This will allow you to get your printouts up and running more quickly.

We also advise you to consult the general maintenance in order to avoid possible defects as much as possible.
