#3477 Slamming bed socket

These clicks along an axis are often related to a ball in the bushing coming out of alignment. This does not interfere with printing but it does make the printer noisy.

You can try to rotate the affected axle on itself with a pair of pliers to try to get the ball back into alignment. This can work.

Do not hesitate to go and see our advice on “General Maintenance”: General Maintenance – Volumic 3D (imprimante-3d-volumic.com) point “7” refers to greasing the axes.

If the tests carried out are not sufficient, it will be necessary to think of changing the socket from time to time.
