In order to change the complete heating tray, you must:
- Open the electronic box on the left.
- Unscrew the 2 top connections of the large terminal block (bed power) and remove the cables.
- Disconnect the Dupont connector from the “TB” bed sensor.
- Unscrew the adjustment knobs at the front of the plate and remove them with the springs and washers.
- Then, unscrew the 5.5mm nuts on the back of the tray BELOW the cart.
- Unscrew the central screw of the tray.
- Pull out the tray and remove the cables from the guide chain.
- Put the cables of the new tray back into the chain.
- Put the bed back in place. If this one does not have the screws, put back the ones from the old tray with the same distance between the nuts.
- Tighten the rear nuts from below, maximum tightening 1Nm.
- Reassemble the adjustment knobs at the front as follows: the washer against the carriage, the spring and the plastic knob. Tighten fully then unscrew 2 to 3 turns.
- Tighten the central screw to have a slight downward arrow in the center of the plate (about 0.5mm, 1mm maximum).
- Reconnect the sensor connector to the motherboard (TB).
- Reconnect the 2 power cables of the bed on the terminal block, the direction is not important, because it is not polarized.
- Finally, close the electronic box.
