The most sensitive parts are the nozzle and the thermal barrier. To avoid redundant defects, consider changing these parts together.

We advise you to always have a second spare head that you can quickly exchange without cutting your production. This way, you can take the time to repair the other one or send it back to us for maintenance.
Classic signs of a tired nozzle/heat barrier are filament blockages during printing (air print), missing material/layers, degraded quality and surface.
In a second step, the filament drive, the compressor bearing and the PTFE tubes should be replaced as soon as signs of wear appear.
