Did you change the thermal barrier with the nozzle? We advise to change both, the thermal barrier and the nozzle, to avoid missed prints.
On the other hand, is the reassembly and tightening of the nozzle accurate in torque and hot? As indicated in the documentation ?
This is very critical and sensitive, as an improperly positioned or tightened nozzle/barrier will cause all sorts of malfunctions.
