if the machine does not have the light on the bottom frame, the tray must be removed:
- Remove the glass plate.
- Unscrew the central screw of the heating plate.
- Remove the front adjustment knobs and remove the knob, spring and washer.
- Unscrew the 2 rear nuts BELOW the cart.
- Remove the tray by tilting it to the right. Unscrew the 2 small screws of the cable block on the right side of the bed if necessary before lifting it.
- Unscrew the central bearing that locks the belt from below.
- Push the trolley down and screw the belt back on the bearing, well tensioned (if necessary, remember to completely slacken the tension adjustment of the motor beforehand in order to start again on a minimal adjustment)
- Reassemble the bearing on the underside of the carriage
- Put the heating bed back in place and tighten the 2 rear screws at the bottom (tightening 1Nm max)
- Replace the front knobs (washer against carriage, then spring, then knob, screw all the way in then unscrew by 2 to 3 turns)
- Tighten the central screw of the plate, just at the contact, then maximum a half turn of tightening
- Correctly tighten the belt using the adjustment on the front motor (loosen the 4 side screws on the motor and use the front screws to move the motor back and tighten the belt, then tighten the 4 side screws)
