It is possible for a plug to form in the thermal barrier causing the head to jam.

In the case of a filament block, start by using the function provided for this purpose [Menu->Deblocage fil]. You can try this function several times if the first one does not work. This will help the filament come out when the function attempts to eject. If this does not work, the head must be disassembled following the procedure in the user manual. So you can unclog the head or even change it.

If you have regular blocking problems, consider changing the nozzle and thermal barrier on this head if it has more than 600 hours of printing. You can change them by following the instructions in the section “nozzle change“.
